Mortgage Company to Open Office in Oxnard

Pacific First Bancorp has leased space in Oxnard’s Financial Plaza for its first Ventura County office.
The Van Nuys-based mortgage brokerage firm leased 2,500 square feet at 405 Esplanade Drive and will open in January.
Capital Commercial Real Estate/NAI represented Financial Plaza’s owners, Channel Islands Properties, in the long-term transaction.
