1 Dies in Accident on Riverside Freeway

One person was killed in a four-vehicle crash Wednesday on the eastbound Riverside Freeway in Buena Park, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident about 8:20 p.m. blocked three lanes of the freeway east of the Knott Avenue exit while emergency crews and investigators were at the scene, officials said.
The victim’s name was not released, and authorities gave no other details Wednesday night except to say that no one else was seriously injured in the crash.
The accident remains under investigation, authorities said.
