Alliance Imaging, an Anaheim-based provider of diagnostic imaging services, has completed its acquisition of Medical Diagnostics Inc., another provider of imaging services, for $35.6 million in cash and assumption of debt.
Medical Diagnostics was a subsidiary of US Diagnostics Inc.
