* “Dateline Oxnard,” a breakfast meeting of the Greater Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, will be held from 7:15 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Residence Inn by Marriott, 2101 W. Vineyard Ave., Oxnard. Sgt. Bill Lewis of the Oxnard Police Department will discuss the SWAT team.
