This Is No Way to Run a Program

You’d think Chris Dufresne would know better. Newspaper columnists have lost their jobs fabricating characters and stories. I mean, he has conjured up a football coach whose seditious behavior is a threat to corporate America [“Mr. No-It-All,” Nov. 4]. Where would all the metaphors come from if all coaches behaved the way John Gagliardi does? And football players graduating from college? Football players motivating self? Come on, Mr. Dufresne, say it isn’t so!
