The City Council recently approved a development agreement with the Lee Group Inc. to construct 66 homes. The Brentwood Village residential development project, a group of two-story, detached, single-family houses, will be built off Garden Grove Boulevard, north of Emerson Avenue, between Flower and Bowden streets. The Planning Commission had earlier denied the building request, but the Lee Group appealed. Approval was granted after the developer made several changes to the original plans.
