LAPD Officials to Host Town Hall Meeting

SAN FERNANDO VALLEY — Valley residents are invited to a town hall meeting tonight hosted by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The meeting, which is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Church of the Way, 14300 Sherman Way, will feature a briefing on current crime trends in the Valley and an overview of police crime fighting methods.
Chief of Police Bernard C. Parks and top commanders from the Van Nuys, Foothill, North Hollywood, West Valley and Devonshire divisions are scheduled to attend.
