Kennedy-Wilson Buys R&B; Commercial

Kennedy-Wilson Inc. said it acquired Los Angeles-based R&B; Commercial Real Estate Services, which manages a portfolio of investment properties in Arizona, California and Texas. The purchase price was not disclosed. Kennedy-Wilson, also headquartered in Los Angeles, said the acquisition is part of its plan to lease and manage 100 million square feet of commercial property by the end of 2000. R&B;, which employs about 80 people, leases and manages more than 6 million square feet of office, medical, industrial and research space.
