The city voted Wednesday to organize a fall gathering for local business owners. The reception, tentatively scheduled for Sept. 29, will be an opportunity for business owners to meet one another and discuss ways to collaborate, said Councilwoman Ann M. Snider, who visited 55 businesses last month.
The council discussed the possibility of handing out surveys or forms after the function. That way the city’s business community could provide feedback on how it could be better served by the City Council.
