A College Park East committee presented plans Monday for a combined community center and tennis club for the existing Old Ranch Tennis Facility on the Bixby Ranch Co. property. The committee unveiled the plans at the City Council meeting as one of the options offered from a nine-month study. The other option includes keeping the existing configuration of 16 tennis courts intact. The tennis facility is part of a development proposal for the Bixby Town Center, which will be decided in a March referendum.
