Re “A No-No in NoHo,” Dec. 17.
If the sidewalks of the NoHo Arts District cannot be painted because they belong to the “public” then I, as a citizen 1/8and member 3/8 of the public give complete permission to the business owners of that area to paint to their hearts’ content.
What a wonderful idea it is to allow the business owners to express themselves artistically, thereby creating a unique identity for the emerging NoHo Arts District. It is just what the area needs!
