* Update--Mo Vaughn experienced no discomfort in his left ankle while playing first base this weekend and will remain there through this week’s six interleague games. “When we get done with the interleague games, he might need a couple days [at designated hitter],” Collins said. “But there doesn’t seem to be a problem with his ankle.” Ex-Angel J.T. Snow is a .379 lifetime hitter against his former team. Of his 11 hits against the Angels, five are home runs. With Barry Bonds sidelined, Snow leads the Giants with 35 RBIs. Bonds has been sidelined 44 games after surgery on his left elbow.
