Brownie Troop 89 did its part to make history last week when members participated in the soccer skills workshop at Courreges Elementary School as part of GirlSports 2000. The Girl Scouts of the USA’s national initiative seeks to create and stage an unbroken series of sports and fitness-related events for each day of 1999.
