PRC Inc., a subsidiary of Litton Industries Inc., Woodland Hills, is one of 12 contractors selected by the General Services Administration’s Federal Technology Service to provide information-technology services under the $25-billion Millennia program, the company said.
The Millennia contract authorizes federal agencies, nationwide and worldwide, to purchase services including software engineering, communications and system integration. The contract has a five-year base term and one five-year option period.
Litton also announced PRC had won a follow-on contract with the Department of Transportation’s Volpe Center in Cambridge, Mass.
The award has a potential value of $25 million in revenue over the contract’s five-year period.
Litton designs and builds advanced electronic, defense and information systems as well as surface combatant ships for the Navy and allied nations.
