Those wishing to enter the chili cook-off at the Villa Park Family Picnic on Sunday must fill out a form at City Hall by 5 p.m. Friday. Judges will sample the chili from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the picnic at 4621 Santiago Canyon Road. The chili must be brought to the picnic cooked. The public will have a chance to sample any leftover chili once the judging is through. Information: (714) 966-9288.
