The City Council will meet Wednesday to consider requesting $125,654 from the Orange County Public Library system to improve services at San Clemente Library.
Funds would go to maintain current library hours, hire a third library specialist to enhance children’s services and expand the current book inventory. The funding would also help pay for current renovation efforts and pay for a study to determine space needs for when the city reaches population build-out.
The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio. Information: (949) 361-8200.
