The City Council voted last week to allow Assistant City Manager George Wentz to continue in his position despite the fact that he will be moving from the civil engineering firm RKA to the firm of Berryman & Henigar.
Under the new agreement, Wentz will work as a subcontractor to RKA, which has been providing the city with support staff, until more permanent arrangements are made. The cost to the city for Wentz’s service will not be affected by the new agreement.
