Churm Publishing Merges With Golf Media

Churm Publishing Inc., which operates OC Metro and four other magazines, has merged with Golf Media Group, a publisher of three Southern California golfing magazines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Churm Publishing said in a press release that its owner, Steve Churm, took a controlling interest in and is publisher of the new entity, Churm Publishing Golf Group. Golf Media’s owners, Rob Lyon and Eric Marson, are associate publishers overseeing the three golf magazines, including Orange County Golf.
