The Planning Commission will meet Thursday to consider plans to build a Carl’s Jr. drive-through restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum, in the Oakcreek Village Center on the southeast corner of Irvine Center Drive and Sand Canyon Avenue.
City staff members are recommending that the commission approve the conditional-use permit needed for a drive-through in the area. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1 Civic Center Circle.
