Alhambra 40, Glendale 6--Even with senior quarterback Mando Ruvalcuva out with a broken finger, Alhambra romped at Glendale. Sophomore Dominick Breazeale filled in and completed eight of 13 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown to help lead the Moors.
Alhambra held Glendale to 15 total yards.
Armen Dembekjian completed an eight-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Hickcox late in the second quarter to pull Glendale within 14-6 at halftime.
Chris Grempel and Matt Meraz each rushed for two touchdowns for Alhambra.
