Valencia 7, Magnolia 1--Junior right-hander Jimmy Voorhees (2-2) pitched a no-hitter for Valencia, striking out seven and walking two.
Darren Dobashi had two hits, two runs scored and a stolen base and Gus Garcia had two hits and a RBI for the Tigers (9-7, 6-3).
Magnolia is 1-13, 1-8.
Savanna 8, Brea Olinda 0--Scott Akamine pitched a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and Trevor Renck had two hits and four RBIs for Savanna (6-10, 5-4).

Huntington Beach 11, Northwood 1--Dustin Eremita had three hits and scored three runs for Huntington Beach (9-8).
Woodbridge 11, El Toro 1 (5, mercy)--Michael Peck drove in two runs and pitched a two-hitter, giving up no earned runs and Cole Edmondson drove in three runs for Woodbridge (7-9).
Carlos De La Riva had two hits, three runs scored and three RBIs and Ryan McHale was three for three with two RBIs for the Tillers (8-7-1).
In the Empire League:
Kennedy 5, Century 4--Kennedy’s Brad Roberts scored the winning run on a balk with two outs in the top of the seventh.
Roberts had two hits for Kennedy (7-8, 4-5) and Anthony Lore (1-0) pitched two scoreless innings in relief to get the victory.
Alex Gutierrez hit a home run for Century (3-11, 0-9).
In nonleague games:
Westminster 3-4, Buena Park 1-3--Jeff Kerley had two hits and drove in two runs in the second game for Westminster (14-2). Freddie Rodriguez (6-1) pitched a four-hitter in the first game, striking out seven and walking none, for the Lions.
In Sunset League softball:
No. 7 Esperanza 6, Huntington Beach 0--Esperanza’s Kristen Dedmon pitched a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and has gone 95 innings this season without giving up an earned run.
Kira Lindwall had two hits and three RBIs for the Aztecs (15-4-1, 3-1).
