Ventura--Landlubbers can stake out a spot in Ventura Harbor Village for the 25th annual Parade of Lights, which will cruise through the harbor beginning at 7 p.m. Dec. 15. Santa will be on hand to take requests, holiday music will fill the village, and food and drink will be available in the village’s restaurants. The parade goes until about 9 p.m. Free.
