* Corel Corp. said it had a fourth-quarter loss of $8.6 million, or 12 cents a share, compared with net income of $4.6 million, or 8 cents, a year earlier. The maker of WordPerfect and CorelDraw software said revenue fell 34% to $40.4 million.
