OCP Ends 1st Quarter With Hike in Income, Revenue

Optical Communications Products Inc. of Chatsworth reported net income for the first quarter that ended Dec. 31 of $10.8 million, a 232% increase from $3.3 million for the same period last year.

Revenue rose 183% to $41.9 million from $14.8 million.

OCP designs, manufactures and sells high-performance fiber optic subsystems and modules for private and public fiber optic networks.
