A judge Monday ordered two white men to stand trial on felony charges they stalked and made death threats against an African American businessman from Canyon Country.
David Wayne Haisten, 19, and Kevin Michael Conroy, 21, both of the Santa Clarita area, are jailed in lieu of $380,000 bail. Each faces up to nine years in state prison if convicted.
Authorities said the two followed the alleged victim from his business, threatened him and used racial epithets, in numerous incidents between April 24 and June 11.
