Tustin Blimp Hangars Eyed as Veterans Center

The Board of Supervisors agreed Tuesday to study whether one of the historic blimp hangars at the former Tustin Marine Air Base can be converted into a military and veterans museum and cultural center.
Veterans have urged the study in view of the number of military installations in the county that have closed, including Tustin and El Toro.
