The mother of a 28-year-old woman who died a year ago in a car accident filed a wrongful death lawsuit against shock rocker Marilyn Manson, alleging he provided the daughter with drugs that impaired her driving.
The lawsuit filed Tuesday by Maria St. John contends that on April 1, 2001, Jennifer Syme of Los Angeles was given cocaine at a party at the home of Manson, whose real name is Bryan Warner.
About 6 a.m., Syme’s car crashed into three parked cars and rolled on its side. She died at the scene.
