Area Post Offices to Be Open Late on Tax Day

For taxpayers who wait until the last minute, three Ventura County post offices will be open Monday until midnight to postmark federal and state income tax returns.
The Oxnard Post Office at 1961 North C St., Simi Valley Main Post Office at 2551 N. Galena Ave. and Thousand Oaks Post Office at 3435 Thousand Oaks Blvd. will extend their hours until the tax-filing deadline.
In Santa Barbara, the city’s main post office at 836 Anacapa St. and the San Roque Station at 3345 State St. will remain open late on tax day.
