From Times Staff Reports
Only one Orange County post office will accept late drop-offs Monday, the last day for taxpayers to mail returns without incurring late-filing penalties.
The Santa Ana post office at 3101 W. Sunflower Ave., off the San Diego Freeway between Harbor Boulevard and Fairview Road, will be open until midnight.
All other post offices will close at their usual times--in most cases 6 p.m.
Returns postmarked after April 15 are subject to penalties.
