GOP Chief to Speak at Reagan Library

Marc Racicot, chairman of the Republican National Committee, will speak Tuesday at the Reagan Forum at Ronald Reagan Presidential Library near Simi Valley.
Racicot was governor of Montana from 1993 to 2001.
Tickets for the event, which begins at 6 p.m. and includes dinner, are $30. For ticket information, call 522-2977.
