Update--After three consecutive losses to open the season, the Storm reversed course last week with a 66-53 victory over Chicago. Tampa Bay also loves first-time games. In its Arena history, the Storm has played 37 first games and won 35 times; the only losses were to Orlando in 1991 and New Jersey in 1997. Quarterback Shane Stafford is completing 66% of his passes and has thrown 10 touchdowns against two interceptions. The Avengers were pounded by unbeaten San Jose, 78-44, last week in their third consecutive road game.
