Move Over, Zorro; Here Come Lizzie McGuire, Kim Possible

The Disney Channel is ending its daily block of classic Disney television programs that run 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. on “Vault Disney.” Effective Monday, the shows will be replaced by more contemporary fare targeting teens and preteens.
Current “Vault Disney” shows :
* “Zorro” (1957*)
* “Mickey Mouse Club” (1955)
* “Spin and Marty” (1955)
* “Walt Disney Presents” (1958) (Disneyland parks and anniversary shows)
* “Davy Crockett” (1954)
* “Ink & Paint Club” (cartoon shorts from the 1920s and ‘30s)
“Vault Disney” shows will be replaced with original and acquired programs from the Disney Channel and ABC-TV. They include:
* “Boy Meets World” (1993)
* “Smart Guy” (September 1999)
* “Even Stevens” (June 2000)
* “Lloyd in Space” (September 2000)
* “Lizzie McGuire” (January 2001)
* “The Proud Family” (September 2001)
* “Kim Possible” (June 2002)
*Year when show first aired
