Collision Leaves Two Dead, One Injured

Police on Monday were investigating a two-car collision on Laurel Canyon Boulevard that left two people dead and another injured.
The crash occurred at 11:05 p.m. Sunday when a sport-utility vehicle driven by Pascual Rosales, 19, of Burbank, collided with a car as it pulled out of a driveway north of Osborne Street. The SUV then crashed into a light pole, killing Rosales’ 22-year-old female passenger.
The other driver, a 52-year-old man, also was killed.
Rosales, who was airlifted to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, was discharged Monday.
