From Times Wire Reports
Anonymous tips led to the arrest of two brothers who allegedly killed eight puppies last week.
Paul James Curtright, 27, and Adam Curtright, 23, face several counts of felony animal cruelty. Both were being held Tuesday in the Humboldt County jail.
A search at Paul Curtright’s residence yielded what appears to be the puppies’ mother. Police said the dog did not appear to have been abused.
Eight puppies, one still alive but the rest dead, were found tossed in a bush on June 24. A ninth puppy was found dead the next day.
