Air Force Academy Gets a New Commander

Lt. Gen. John Rosa took command of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, as part of a shakeup stemming from a sexual assault scandal.
Rosa said he would be a visible presence around the academy to make sure problems don’t escape his attention.
He succeeds Lt. Gen. John Dallagher, who was replaced along with other top officers.
