Trade agreement was a bad deal

Re “Bush Wins Approval of Trade Pact,” July 28
President Bush promises millions of dollars to buy a few votes to get the Central American Free Trade Agreement passed in the House, and the only winners are big corporations that will outsource jobs and buy cheap labor. The losers are the foreign workers, the environment and the American people. Quite a trade-off.
