Relief, not rifles
Can you imagine the number of friends worldwide that America would make if we were able to spend just a fraction of the billions of dollars of Bush’s war in Iraq on a huge relief effort for the earthquake victims in Pakistan and Kashmir? Hundreds of helicopters taking the wounded to hospitals, hundreds of doctors flying in and establishing M*A*S*H-type units, food, water, help, hope.
You name it, America could do it, if we weren’t up to our helmets in a war we cannot win.
