Kidnapping Suspect Arrested in Mexico

A fugitive suspected of kidnapping an Ontario girl and taking her to Mexico was in custody in Mexico City on Wednesday after Mexican authorities working with U.S. marshals and Ontario police tracked him to the state of Morelos.
Elias Flores-Martinez, 28, will face extradition.
He had been the subject of a an international manhunt since September, when he allegedly seized the 14-year-old girl on her way to school.
The girl escaped a week later and was reunited with her family.
