Not everyone likes Mike

Is it just me or does Mike Dunleavy think he needs to have one player on every team he coaches to use as some sort of psychological example for the rest of players on the team?
Coach Dunleavy seems to have focused on one player wherever he has been and, rather than providing him the positive reinforcement, instead emphasizes their negatives.
Note to Elgin Baylor: The next move you might want to make is a therapist.
