Re “Heat Puts Power Supply to Test,” July 17
Why should we have to have power outages? Why can’t we tax the developers that are building all these new homes without regard to our infrastructure?
These developers are clogging our freeways with extra cars, and now we’ll have brownouts and blackouts because of these irresponsible developers.
