Counteroffer Planned on Anti-Nuclear Package

Iran will make a counteroffer to a Western incentives package aimed at persuading the Islamic Republic to suspend uranium enrichment and restart negotiations, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said. He didn’t say how the Iranian version would differ from the offer made by the U.S., France, Britain, China, Russia and Germany.
