Emblems of ranch life in Chile
THIS table of spurs represents one moment from a 38-day cruise around South America aboard the Queen Mary 2. Don and Lili Tremblay, of Santa Monica, took a shore excursion to Puro Caballos, a small ranch outside Valparaiso, Chile, where show horses are trained. Don, who is retired from the U.S. State Department and is a volunteer at the Getty Center, photographed this display of spurs with his Nikon D70.
