* Press-Enterprise Co. of Riverside said it would reduce its workforce by about 50 people over the next two months as part of a restructuring to expand the online presence of the newspaper, which is owned by Belo Corp. More than 80 positions will be cut, while about 30 jobs will be created, the company said.
