We bopped into the swanky Westlake Village restaurant and nightclub for a Mother’s Day fiesta and were wooed by the sounds of Miles Davis and waterfalls. The tony venue is owned by brothers Brad and Greg Finefrock, who brought nightclubbing to Agoura Hills with Chapter 8 and now are plotting Suki 7, set to make its debut in March 2007. “Think geisha girls in fishnets serving sake in a dragon-tattooed dance lounge,” Brad Finefrock says. The Westlake Village club will include a karaoke den.... Guests will be walking the pink carpet tonight at the Day After nightclub at Hollywood & Highland, where Girls guideto.com is hosting a launch party and a silent auction to benefit breast cancer research.... The Shooting Gallery is set to open June 8 in Hollywood. It’s a rock ‘n’ roll art gallery owned by music biz vet Bobby Carlton.

Promoter Steve Fowler debuts Fridays at LAX this weekend.... And speaking of that highflying Hollywood club, check out its latest menu offering: the Jetbridge, a.k.a. Last Call to Vegas. Eight grand will get you and your posse to Las Vegas in 75 minutes. Just tell your server and a car will roll you from LAX (the club) to the Van Nuys airport, where a private jet will fly the group to Sin City for some after-hours partying. Jet-setters can be back in their beds in the a.m.... And speaking of AM -- the DJ returns to LAX on Wednesday. His surgery (for loose skin left after gastric-bypass surgery) went swimmingly.

Dogs and Pussycats

Such tog dogs as Snoop Dogg, Benjamin McKenzie, Jessica Simpson and the Pussycat Dolls have breezed into the recently reopened Hollywood nightclub Element in recent days.... Janet Jackson blew out candles at Shag in Hollywood on Tuesday. With a crowd including Jermaine Dupree, Busta Rhymes and the Hilton sisters looking on, Stevie Wonder did honors by singing “Happy Birthday.”

Hooligans’ hullabaloo

Sweet and Tender Hooligans are tossing their Morrissey birthday party Monday at the House of Blues in WeHo.... Xbox Live hosted a soiree at Social Hollywood on Friday, where DJ Z-Trip and the Crystal Method kept gamers on their toes.... DJ Splyce and Wilmer Valderamma rocked Mood on Saturday. The “Yo Momma!” star played MC.... Nightclub designer Ricki Kline celebrates his birthday tonight at Broadway Bar in downtown L.A.

Madonna-phile alert: L.A.’s W Hotel is dedicating a temporary boutique to the material girl, and it’s overflowing with Madge merch. The Madonna Gallerie is open through Sunday.... Don’t miss tonight’s opening of Pantera Sarah’s new promotion, Summer Nights at the Cabana Club. Should be warm and fuzzy.
