Southwest to Expand Service From Dallas

Moving quickly to take advantage of a new law allowing Southwest Airlines Co. to expand its service from its home airport near downtown Dallas, the carrier said it would offer one-stop flights to Los Angeles and 45 other cities with air fares starting at $99 each way.
Before the law was passed last week, Southwest passengers could not get one-stop flights from Dallas Love Field to most of the country.
