Holiday closures

Tuesday is Christmas Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:
Offices: All city, county, and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: There will be no regular mail delivery. Post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most libraries will be closed.
Banks: All banking institutions will be closed.
Schools: Public schools will be closed. UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton and Chapman University will be closed.
Public transportation: OCTA buses will operate on a holiday schedule. Metrolink trains will not operate.
Trash collection: Trash will not be picked up. Service will be delayed one day.
