The Migrant Workers’ Plight

Don Bartletti’s article was excellent (“The Long Road to the Other Side,” Dec. 10). He had the sensibility to express the determination and strength of body and mind of the migrant workers. I find it appalling that these workers have to live in the wilderness like animals. They contribute to our society with their hard work; they deserve to be treated with humanity and compassion.
