Talks on N. Korea are extended

Stalled six-nation talks on North Korea’s nuclear program were extended after no progress was made because the Pyongyang regime refused to negotiate until it gets $25 million that had been frozen in a Macao bank.
U.S. officials say it is up to Macao, a Chinese territory, to release the funds.
