Animation firm to buy Geffen shares

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. agreed to buy back shares held by DreamWorks co-founder David Geffen for about $10.1 million.
DreamWorks Animation agreed to repurchase 357,000 Class A shares owned by Geffen for $28.41 each, the company said in a regulatory filing. The buyback will be completed today.
The DreamWorks studio spun off the Glendale-based animation division three years ago.
The animation studio agreed last week to repurchase 2.36 million shares for $72.7 million from the UCLA Foundation and the David Geffen Foundation.
