After seeing how Frankie Rodriguez has been pitching since his one blown save in early April, I would suggest that the Angels sign him to numerous, lucrative, one-year offers. That way he will always be in a contract year.

It was quite unfair of The Times to ask some of the Ducks’ players for their thoughts on the Stanley Cup finals while the Kings’ opinions remained silent. After all, the Kings have been around more than 40 years and the Ducks a mere 15. Oh, you wanted expert commentary from a franchise that has actually won a Stanley Cup? My bad.
